3. Registration Fees and Payments

We charge a small one-time registration fee from our users to maintain and operate our digital platform and services. The applicable fees are as follows:

• Customer Registration Fee: ₹199
• Agent Registration Fee: ₹99
• Shopkeeper Registration Fee: ₹499

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store any sensitive payment details such as card numbers, CVV, or net banking credentials. In case of transaction failure, any deducted amount (if applicable) will be refunded automatically to your original payment method as per the payment gateway’s policy.

Please note that these registration fees are non-refundable once registration is successfully completed and your account is activated on our platform.
